about a week ago I was searching for the same thing... three answers I got were:

Kahr pm9 (this looks like the best choice)
CZ-75 or maybe CZ p-01
then maybe
Sig p228 or p226

I don't have first hand knowlege of any of these.

I'm very happy with my S&W model 3914. Great balance of power and concealability.

FN HP-DAc or HP-DAOc. They're compacts that descend from the Browning Hi-Power: the DAc is double-action/single-action; the DAOc is double-action only. Here are the specifications and photos of that entire line. (http://www.armusa.com/FNManufacturing_Handguns_3.htm) The photos of the compacts on that site are made to look the same dimensions as the full-size versions but of course they're smaller. Look at the specifications. They're small enough for pocket carry. CDNN Investments is closing out the last of these compacts. The prices are a bargain. Here's the double-action/single-action:

Sigarms P239, ugly as sin but is slim, extremely dependable, and user-friendly.

Boar, your parameters are too broad. How concealable? (I.e., concealable wearing what, and wearing the gun in what way?)

Kahr PM-9 is easily the smallest and most concealable.
