My buddys got them on his glock 19 and 26. He can hit head shots at 50 yards, so yeah, they work.
I picked up his Glock 26 while we were shooting metal plates. They surprised me, because i was expecting to see regular irons, and then I saw a little hole to look through!
But the idea of centering cikrlcles within cirlcles sounds appealing for quick aquisition. They claim to be faster and I can believe it.
thinking about switchin over to ghost rings myself after seeing the results. They just might need getting used to. They are supposed to be better with aging eyes. But his are the night sight version, more like the 100.00 range.

I haven't shot the night sights, but I have shot some regular ghost ring irons. They're quicker, but less precise than target sights (perfect for defense). Faster because (A) Rear sight is very open, no big blade to block visually picking up the front sight at first (B) It's a big hole, so you don't waste a lot of time trying to get that last nanometer of precision lining up. Less precise because the opening is much bigger in the rear than with conventional notch sights... so, it's less precise.
