It's a singleshot with a "TYROL" stamped on the receiver along with a styelized crowned eagle with a round shield with "TMH" on the shield.
Stamped "Made in Austria" on the barrel and having Austrian proofs.

Good trigger, godaweful sights, halfmoon extracter mounted on a rail under the bolt, split bridge receiver ( like the Polish Wz48 trainer). Chamberd for "Cal .22CURT" (chambers .22short) 21" barrel, weighs about 5lbs. but has a 14" LOP. The action cocks on closing.
Haven't been able to find out anything at all about this little shooter - thought I'd ask here. :)

Believe if it's marked "Tyrol" it's intended for sale in U.S. or England.

Their local sale and European firearms would be sold marked. "Tirol"

Two possible manufactures.

1), Tiroler Jagd und Sportwaffenfabric, located in Kufstein Austria

2), Richard Mahrholdt & Sohn, Innsbruck Austria

I have one of these pea shooters too. But I do not have the ammo clip. Mine has a scope and fires 22 LRs. How do I get a clip, I think it was a 5 shot one?:)
