I have heard some discussion regarding 1.5 inch length shotgun shells available from Aquila (spelling?). I have also heard they function in a Winchester 1300 without modification. I assume they would also work fine in a double barrel coach gun.
Can someone give me a link to the manufacturer/distributor?
Thanks!

They work great in singles and doubles. And some pumps.
I get mine from Dillon. www.dillonprecision.com

they don't work in mossbergs (they fall through the follower and don't extract without using a cleaning rod), and you lose any benefit gained from the short length in single/double barrel guns.

Picked up some of these at the last gun show. With very agressive shuckin', they will cycle through my 870's. Not reliable though.
The shell-lifter is on the way down before the shell is even close to the chamber.
I busted a few clays with the 7.5 mini's and shot a few slugs just for fun.
They're kinda like shooting a pop-gun.
I can't see any advantage of shooting these in a doube or single shot.
They certainly will not save you any money as they are not cheap.
I had to try 'em myself but I will not be buying any in the future.

That impact guns price seems high...$11.99/20
The last I got from Dillon were $5.45/20
Good article on em at http://www.impactguns.com/store/agu...shell_dual.html

Has anyone tried them in a Remington 1100?
