I've been looking for a general purpose hunting knife, like the looks of the Buck Vanguards but found the Boker on ebay.
Anyone have any experience with these?

SK,I've never handled Their fixed blades but Boker makes a well finished product with very good steel.I owned a Boker slip joint stockman and it was very easy to sharpen and stayed that way for a long time.tom.

Boker has been around for like...forever....they make really nice yet mostly inexpensive pieces...when you visit Europe..you'll find that most everyone there who carries a knife carries a Boker or Hubertus....you will be perfectly satisfied with the Boker.
