Hevi-Shot and Chokes?

Hello All:

Back Up! Cool! Anyway, my question is: What chokes can I use with Remington Hevi-Shot? I have a new Benelli M1, and will be turkey hunting soon. Can I use the Hevi with the improved modified or full chokes? I know the shot is dense, but I'm not sure of the hardness. Don't want to damage the barrel. (Benelli replacements ain't cheap!) Or should I stick with lead? Thanks in advance for helping out this shotgun newbie.

I searched for Hevi-Shot. They have a home page with a FAQ. Answer is:

Essentially, choke it like steel because it patterns tightly. It can use a full choke, though.
