buyer beware. customer service is lacking.

i ordered a light from them. after a week of emails and phone calls, they grace me with a response. "what order?" they say. i provide them the necessary info and ask to cancel the order.

i get an email 2 weeks later. they tell me they are out of the light i ordered and if i'd like another combo. -CENSORED--CENSORED--CENSORED-?? i CANCELLED my order!

i emailed them with the problem and to cancel my order, again. i got no response. surprise, surprise. it hasn't been a week though. :rolleyes: they have a nice spill on the front of their site about good customer service though.:confused:

found out they are a new business and attended shot show the week of my order. still shouldn't have taken a week to email me about being out of stock. i understand some hitches, but i still have no response to my complaint. a business that doesn't even attempt a response to a complaint won't get my business.
