I can't get the Dang Trigger Pivoy pin out! I'm afraid to tap too hard, but the sucker doesnt want to budge.

Anything I'm missing?

Forget it! I grew some nuggets and smacked it a little harder; out she came!

I'm not sure if the trigger pivot pin is so fitted, but some of the pins in the MkII have a "cannelure" around one end of the pin, into which fits a wire spring. Easier to lift the spring away from the pin and then push the pin out. Smacking it hard also works, but can damage the spring.

The older guns used an inside "E" ring to retain the trigger pin. More than one frame was ruined by using a bigger hammer.

That little spring is the killer in those pistols...... Never had alot of trouble with the mainspring housing........:D
