Here is some more information on the Colt 41 I asked about.
Stamped on frame Pat. Sept.19. 1871
July 2. 72. Jan 19. 75
SN# 221XXX Stamped on thumb lever to access cylinder is 457

Also have a Colt D. A. 38
PatSept 16 .18??
SN#157XXX Thumb 218
Any history and vaule thanks very much for your time.
