Anyone purchased an Olympic Arms Wolverine?

I've just came into a small windfall of cash,,,
I'm seriously considering a Wolverine.

Has anyone purchased one of the new Olympic Arms Wolverines?

I would love to read any feedback you can give me.

Thanks in advance,,,

Aarond

There were a number of posts from buyers when they first came out.

Many of them complained about unreliable feed issues requiring trips back to Olympic.
Since then, no one has posted much.

I was rather surprised at the feed problems. The Whitney had one of the best .22LR magazine designs ever.

Hello Dfariswheel,,,

Thanks for your comment.

I searched this forum and didn't find many reports,,,
Perhaps my search-fu is weak today.

I do like odd-ball things,,,
That ray-gun styling attracts me.

Oh well,,,
Maybe an owner will chime in.

Get the pink one,

You can carry it around and no one will even know it's a real gun.

The feed issue was a mag issue which you won't have if you buy new.

For people who have the old magazines - Oly will fix em for you.

Quote:
If you are having trouble with your magazine seating correctly please call (800) 228-3471 and mention it to a sales representative. We have a FREE fix for you. The reason the magazine isn't seating correctly is because the foot plate sits flat with the bottom of the magazine well and the curvature of the hand doesn't apply enough force to seat it entirely. We will be sending you rubber bumpers to install on the bottom of the magazine and instructions to install them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I really like the '50s retro look on these. I do need to see before I'd buy.
