Hey Harley, need to know what a Franchi 48/AM magnum 12ga. in about 70% condition is worth? He says it's a 48/AM, but my 10 year old used value book doesn't list a 48/AM just a 48/AL. Is the AM correct? Thanks in advance....

My records indicate the AL, standard magnum,and not the AM. However, in 1989 Franchokes, (threaded) chokes were standard In 1950 the receivers were etched, they had better wood, in addition it came with a recoil pad.

Ican find no indication of an AM model.

Based upon your description, 70%, I would guestimate your gun is valued @ $300.00
