Dumb iwb holster ?
I just got a don hume IWB holster with metal clip. I thought your belt went between clip and holster. My belt won't fit thru without possibly bending the clip or making it stick out. When I attach the clip to my jeans with belt on outside every thing fits snug and comfortable and stays in place. My belt is not overly thick (aker B 21) Which is correct or is it a matter of what works for me. You would think as many holsters that I have in my box I would learn something.

I think it's more a matter of the width (top to bottom) of the belt than the thickness (front to back). Sounds to me like your belt is wider than the clip.

I think the problem is the clip has been bent or defective the belt works fine in a uncle mikes. The top of the clip makes too sharp of a turn. I took the clip out and a cheapo thin belt barely pulls thru without it being in the holster. I have emailed humes but no answer yet I can't fiqure out how to widen the radius or I would fix myself. I would buy new clip if they respond after all its just a $30 holster
