Savage 111 Rifle? 22-250

I have been searching for a good small game gun and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the savage 111 in 22-250. I purchased this gun last weekend at a gun show . I know there are better guns out there but the price was right for me. p.s this rifle doesn't have the accu-trigger (bummer) .

Feel free to comment this is an open discussion . Thanks for replies

I have the Savage 111 in 30-06 and initially felt that the lack of the accutrigger was a drawback, but it never seems to be a problem. Maybe it's because I have a few milsurps, and next to them, the Savage has a light pull! Anyway, I can't see how you can go wrong with any Savage. They're all great rifles.
