Not the best photo, but all these were taken in the first 90 minutes opening day in an area of less than 10 acres. Things were hot that day.

Heres the biggest one I killed.
Heres a pic of the biggest deer Ive ever seen. Don't know how many points, but it had quite a few and was perfectly symmetrical. It was down in Southern WV in one of the bow-only counties. Funny thing is, it was just laying in some brush above a railroad track across the street from a gas station. It was a monster. |

Here is the first ground hog I ever shot. Now I just need to shoot more of them. Gun is a Remington 700 VLS in 223 shooting 50gr V-Max going about 3400fps over a load of 27.5gr W748 CCI BR4 primer Winchester case.

Here is a days limit of pheasants from my annual trip to North Dakota.
Here is my cow elk from the December 2007 season. It looks like a friggin bambi compared to Elkman's!!! Well, okay, it was a baby, but sure tasty though.. Last edited by whitefish; April 15, 2008 at 09:56 PM. |

Neat pics, guys.
Jack, don't you know the .357 magnum isn't adequate for large game. Good thing I told you before you went out and did it again. |
