Does anyone know anything about a company called Dalphon and their conversion kit upper that transforms an AR to shoot .45 auto? I am highly interested in this conversion, but I am wondering about quality of work, since I've never seen one firsthand... Thanks for any input...

Have not seen or shot a Dalphon conversion. Suggest reposting this inquiry in the pistol caliber forum of http://www.ar15.com Those folks there are really into the AR and somebody should be able to answer your question. Good luck.

Mguntony here, sorry guys I have been doing some "house work". I have not fired the conversion but have heard talk of it. I have seen the 50AE conversion in FA at that, that one is not for me. I feel that the 45 conversion would be nice to have, good in sub gun competition as well.

Lahti20mm,
How is the fit and finish of your dalphon upper? I am wondering about the product quality and reliability... Though it seems that reliability is not an issue with you! Thanks for your input! |
