Best & worst makers to deal with?

After discussing the difficulties of trying to get parts from Glock and HK with a shop owner, I wanted to put a question to the experts.

What are your most, and least, favorite gun makers to deal with?

Not necessarily which ones make the best or worst weapons, but which ones hustle to get you the right part (and which ones just don't give a care.)

T/C Arms gets the nod as the tops. The extractor/ejector broke on my .22 Hornet barrel. I sent them an e-mail detailing the problem and that I bought it used. I included my phone # and address. The next morning, I checked my e-mail and the response said that my replacement was shipping that day.

Pretty Impressive!

As for the least favorite....I haven't had problems w/ any other guns (yet).

As far as gun related companies.... Tasco. I had a red dot scope that the rheostat had become loose on. I sent it in w/ the required $10 m.o. for return postage and description of the problem. 2 weeks later I had a brand new in the package scope. With 2 batteries to boot.

I needed a new takedown screw for a 10/22 so I called Ruger. The very curtious receiptionist took my address and I had my part in less than a week free of charge!

On the otherhand there's a post in the shotgun section about a flawed Red Label that Ruger is really screwing him over about.

Best accessories type manufacturer -- Williams Gunsight
Best all around supplier -- Brownells
Best firearm manufacturer -- Hi-Point (believe it or not)

These are the 3 that get my vote for bending over backwards to help me and my customers. George

T/C Has super Customer Service.
Taurus also is fantastic with honoring their warranty ,
We also have no complaints with Springfield Armory, and Leupold

Since some of the others have given praise, I will offer some complaints. The two worst to deal with in my limited experience would be Jon A Ceiner and Reed Knight, neither seem to care about serving the customer after the product leaves the shop.

I will agree with all the rest I have seen above.
