Daniel Defense M4V3 For VEPR?

I have an opportunity to trade my converted VEPR for a DD M4V3. I have experience with both AK and AR platforms and really don't have much of a preference any more. The AK is a lot of fun but since I only target shoot i'm thinking a nice AR would be more practical. What do yall think about future worth and overall longevity between the two?

Keep the VEPR and buy the DD M4V3.

I love both as well but you may have answered your own question here.

I would take the DD M4V3 and not even look back assuming it is good working condition.
