Yes, unless the corporation has an FFL and an SOT that allows them to deal/manufacture/import machine guns. The reason a lot of people start up a corporation or LLC to own their machine guns is not because the corp can suddenly possess new machine guns, but because a corp isn't required to get a Chief Law Enforcement Officer signoff on the BATFE transfer form.
