I have a new Olympic Arms Post Ban AR15 in 9mm. My gun came with the A2 stock. I removed the stock, but how does the long black tube that is attached to the lower come off? I don't want to force unscrewing it with a wrench if it is not supposed to come off.

Yep, it comes off. There should be flats on the end where you can use a adjustable crecent wrench to remove the buffer tube. When you start to unscrew it, make sure you catch your buffer tube detent before it flies out!

If you aren't quite sure about what direction to turn, just look at your reciever where the buffer tube screws into the reciever. You can look at the thread pattern.

It's probably on there pretty tight from the factory, my Bushy was. I held the lower between my legs while siting on a chair, and twisted the tube with my hands. I love tool-free disassembly. :)
