information on .410 single barrel

i am tring to find out what manufacture made this gun . the only marking's on the gun are ( witte's special ) ST. LOUIS, MO. I KNOW IT WAS SOLD BY THE WITTE'S HARDWARE COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW WHEN . ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE HELPFUL.
