I like the scout by Galco. They don't make a holster for the mak but the PPK holster works it's just tight until broken in. Scout is leather with a J-hook and works real well. I own a Blade tech and don't like the way it sits on my side, the Galco scout sits deeper in my waist band.

Go to www.donhume.com and take a look at their 715-M. I've got one that I use for my Mak and it's very comfortable. Only downside is that they charge you 10.00 shipping for all orders under 50.00.

I would get one of the Alessi Talons. I have been using 2 of them for almost 6 years now and love them dearly. Very comfortable and secure. Price is $35 i think.
