Do you think my FEG MarkII AP .380ACP can shoot +P and +P+? I looked in the manual that came with it, but I can't seem to find anything about using +P. Thanks for the help!

You definitely want to contact a real authority on this. Does .380 come in +P+? -ddt

magsafe makes .380 in +p and +p+

Even if it will, why do you want to shoot +P+?

Good question, johnwill. Especially since there is no SAAMI spec for .380 +P+ (or any +P+ ammo, for that matter).
