I would like to mount a Picatinny Rail to Ruger 10/22. Want to use anything from high-power scopes to red-dots. Can anybody refer me to a source. I would like the following features:

- Picatinny instead of Weaver for more cross-slot options
- Low mount, planning on using non-high comb stock
- Standard holes for no-drill mounting

I've searched Brownwell's and can't seem to find anything.

Help!

Depending on how far you want to go, FWIW i think the best set up is a VOLQ tension bbl, and their weaver rail that mounts to the bbl. I personally have their tension carbonfiber bbl, their sight rail, and a red dot scope all on a hogue overmoulded (rubberized stock). Its a real sweet setup.=)

No can do on the Volquartsen THM barrel. I am mounting an STW titanium suppressor with a Norrell full auto trigger pack (button selector). So can't use the cantilever mount because I can't drill holes in the suppressor (holes play hell on noise reduction).

Want a low mount because I do not want a Monte Carlo stock.

Any other suggestions?

Volq also makes receiver-only mounts, as do several other companies.

Check Brownell's, On Target, etc on the web.

I researched this a ways back, use 10/22 scope mounts as a query on Dogpile, you'll hit a ton.

Make sure you shop around once you find what you want.
