Problem with General Discussion Forum

There seems to be a problem with General Discussion Forum software. It does not bring up past threads when requested. If I select say "Last five days" it displays only the first topic on each page. With the search function disabled this greatly reduces the usefulness of this forum.

To save on bandwidth and load times the software only displays the first 25 threads. You will need to look at the bottom right of the page and it will show you "Pages: 1 2" to navigate through more then 25 threads.

On a forum which doesn't work I see the first thread on each page and then a blue bar with two pale grey bars above it. No threads appear but ocasionally there will be a fragment of data in one of the grey bars such as a name or a date. If I select show threads for the last five or ten days I see the same thing on every page except the last one which is normal and displays the threads properly.
