All three have the same basic receiver.

The 452 has been around for a long time. The .22 LRs have threaded in barrels. I own seven of them and am happy with all of them. Go with Varmint or American for scoped shooting and the FS, Lux, Special/Trainer, or UltraLux for open sight shooting due to stocking and drop at comb. These rifles can be scary accurate at times.

The 455 is the latest "improved" version of the CZ rimfire line. These "improvements" consist mainly of dropping the second locking lug on the bolt and the change from a threaded in barrel to a double bolted on one with the option to interchange barrels pitched as an advantage.

The 513 basic has the 452 receiver and bolt (plus the threaded in barrel) with a rudimentary trigger design consisting of a wheel riding on a leaf spring. The Basic is usually considered the economy model of the CZ rimfire line. In Europe, it is known as the Farmer. I have one of these and enjoy shooting the tough and accurate rifle occasionally in spite of its five pound trigger pull.

I suggest you pass on the 455 models and find a good new or used 452 while they are still readily available.

I have a CZ-452 Silhouette. It's a composite stock (vs wood), and I used it for Silhouette competition. With the right ammo, it shoots 1-inch groups at 100 yards.

I have the same rifle as jsimmons. I use mine for rimefire Silhouette leagues, it is topped with a Leupold 6x18 EFR

I have the 513 basic. I've had it about a year or so and have only put few hundred rounds through it. Its very accurate however, like sheffieldshooter said the trigger is pretty heavy. Also, the sights on the basic aren't as good as the various 452 models. Once you get used the trigger its a fine little rifle.

I have the 455 American in .22LR and LOVE it. Super accurate and versatile with the barrel exchange option. I haven't shot the 452, but I know a couple guys who have them and like them as well. The fit and finish is great, as is expected from CZ. Not sure if the others have adjustable triggers but the 455 does and with a little tinkering can be quite good. I tightened it all the way down and let her sit overnight, then backed it off until it was just right. It's still a little creepy but light, just over 2.5 lbs. It shoots subsonics really well. I like the Remington CBs. Recently got the .17hmr barrel and, no shocker, its a tackdriver too. Highly recommend this gun.
