Please give me your opinions from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE as a very good pocket holster for an LCP. I don't mind paying for quality.

The only time I carry my mouse gun is in the heat of summer. I may not be wearing a thing, except silky shorts and flip-flops.

Thanks for your help.

Get a DeSantis which will work and is relatively inexpensive until you find something you like better. You won't know until you try a few.

I would recommend a Mika and if Robert hasn't already built one he will.

Great guy to do business with and the product performs well.

Can't help with pocket holsters, tried a couple and its still like carrying a book in your pocket. In fact I took a flat piece of leather off of one of them and often just slide the leather in my back pocket and slide the LCP behind it.

But mostly I carry as pictured. The belt hook actually works on bicycle shorts exceptionally well. It hooks on to the loose material and stays put.

I bought this for another gun and found it works slick with the LCP. Note that the finger extension is necessary with this holster since that is how you hook your finger to extract the gun. However, High Noon now has models specifically for the LCP w/ laser.

I use this DeSantis Super Fly with my Kahr P380 w/ Crimson Trace Laser Guard. This model was intended for the LCP but also fits the Kahr.
I have zero complaints about it.

I'll second the suggestion about Remoras... imagine they'd work in a pocket, but they certainly work IWB with my CW9

I like my DeSantis Nemesis (http://www.amazon.com/DESANTIS-Nemesis-Holster-Ambidextrous-N38BJG3Z0/dp/B00266AHQ8). Very slim and discreet. Fits the LCP perfectly and has a grippy exterior. My only complaint is it has a label inside which can catch on the ejector port, but is easy to snip off.

[Edit] I apologize, I haven't tried this holster with the CT laser.

RKBA makes nice holsters. I have one for my LCP but it is not set up for the CT. After I put the laser on I purchased a Desantis nemesis made for a laser equipped LCP. I am very happy with it.

FWIW:

Lisa K. (Hedley) made my (left handed) rear pocket holster for my LCP (w/laser)..

High quality, excellent workwomansship (lol). R.J. taught his baby girl how to do it right..:D

Best Wishes,

Jesse

P.S. Photo below: R.J.'s rear pocket holster for my LWS380, and Lisa's rear pocket holster for my Ruger LCP w/CT laser.. (both left-handed). My LCP also has the Innovative Arms external sight upgrade which required a bit of extra "figuring" when Lisa was cutting the holster.

Since many of you have a good amount of experience with Ruger LCP, I have a question.

I like the Ruger LCP with the Crimson Trace laser, but most of the gun stores I have visited are saying that they are not available right now. One advised me that Ruger had originally made them with the CT and then switched to the LaserMax....... Now they say the LaserMax is not selling and they are just sitting on the shelf due to the "On/Off requirements of the Lasermax. Apparently Ruger is in the process of switching back to the CT, but they just arent available as yet.

Do any of you have information regarding the availability of the LCP with the Crimson Trace? Anyone know where I can get a good price on the combo?

I carry mine in the Remora for my pocket. Once that holster is in your pocket, the only way to get that thing out, is turning you pocket inside out. Never tried in my waist

I use the one that came with the CT when I bought it on Amazon. It's cheap but gets the job done good enough.
