It is a IKH Slap Plate.

Yes it was a stripped RRA lower that I assembled with a DD LPK.

thanks ghostman... great looking rifle. i like that slingmount.. i might try mounting one of those on my rifle, i wore through my sling mount. how does it attach? remove the buffer tube?

You just replace the standard end plate with it. So yes you have to remove the receiver extension.

nice.. i might have to give it a try it looks handy. you got all the cool stuff on that thing! gotta take it out and scuff it up a bit now :D
