hey guys,
i know there have been threads like this in the past, but i wanted to get a fresh opinion. if i wanted to put a side folder on a sig 556 pistol, what do you suggest? i was thinking about using a magpul ctr with some kind of side folding adapter. does anyone have a side folding adapter recommendation, or know if the ace folding mechanism will work with any stock? anyone who has done this, please feel free to post pics, but make sure to give me a parts list!

Unless you get the tax stamp, you'd better not attach any type of stock to it. You're essentially turning it into a SBR if you do which would be a big no-no in the Feds eyes.

bringing this back as i am about to try to pull this off.

has anyone ever used the ace side folding mechanism with the magpul ubr stock? i know it's a heavy stock, but i don't care. just curious if it's possible. i know a lot of people had done the ctr. if so, what parts do i need?
