Pachmeyer Decelerator Slip On recoil Pads

I would like to know what kind of luck others have had with this product. I put one on my Remington 1100 field grade. After 100 rounds of 00 buck at a pin shoot the pad boot ripped. Contacted the company and they said send it in. It been a month and still no replacement and they refused a refund request. Anyone else have a similar experience? BTW the pad worked well until it ripped.

I have their regular screw-on one on a few guns - they've been on those guns about 15 years now and still work good. You might want to consider using the regular one with heavy loads so it doesn't move around on the stock so much
