I need some advice with my new mp 15-22...please help

Hey guys,
I am new to tactical rifles and I just got the new mp 15-22 last week. I love it so far but I need a little bit advice. I would like to get a foregrip handle on it but I don 't know which one to buy. How do you know which one to buy? are they all universal? Also, I am looking at a red dot scope, nothing real fancy but again do you have to buy one for a mp 15-22? Are they all universal? When you have the red dot scope mounted on the top rail, do you have to site it in?

Whichever one is the most comfortable. Any will work.

Are they all universal? When you have the red dot scope mounted on the top rail, do you have to site it in?

99% of the time they are universal. In your case, yes.

You will need to "sight-it-in" aka "zero" the red-dot after you mount it.
