Are there any differences between High Standard and RIA GI 1911s

Customer service, and the roll mark on the side. Might be different importers as well.
RIA has a great rep, HS not so much.
Other then that they are pretty much the same. At least the HS and RIA I owned were pretty much the same.

Nope, both are made at teh same place. I have a High Standard 45 and it is a fine shooter.

BIG Diffeerence. I think the Rock Island Roll mark is bigger. Other than that, Nope.
