Hey, how's it going? I'm starting to like this forum. Theres always some folks who know something about anything which is a rare find these days. Anyway, Three questions...
What is the difference between the original GI Colt M1911A1 and the Springfield Mil-Spec 1911? I already know the Springfield has larger sights, a different ejection port, a slightly different magazine, plastic grips, and I GUESS maybe a different type of barrel. Anything else?
Do the small GI sights just take some getting used to? Or are they really as bad as everyone says they are?
Kinda going off topic here, but can you all sort of tell me about the trajectory of the .45 ACP fired through a rifle barrel like the 10" Thompson barrel or something? Like at what range will the bullet start to drop? And what's the effective range of the bullet?
Yep, thanks guys.
