Hi, first time poster here.

I'm considering a JPoint sight for my Glock 30 carry gun, and I'm wondering about the automatic lighting adjustment and how fast it could adjust when going from concealed (dark environment) to bright daylight if you had to draw quickly for defense.

I've searched the forums and found that most folks seem to like this sight ok, but I haven't found mention of how fast it adjusts.

Thanks much,

chuter

Gabe Suarez and his instructors have been doing a lot of research and use of the JPoints and RMR's. Perhaps you should ask this question on his warriortalk.com forum?

They also offer a package with the RMR melted into the slide to allow for back-up iron sights.

Here is a pic of one of their G30's with a Trijicon RMR melted into the slide:

With a set of high suppressor sights, co-witness is possible.
