Well finally came back! I sent it out before christmas and i guess they were shut down for the holidays so i called last week and the rep guys said they just got it in, and today it showed up!!Just came back with 1 mag instead of 2 but thats okay atleast they gave me a mag..Thanks Smith and Wesson service dept..

oh it was just jamming intermittently and i read on one of the forums that I can send it to smith and wesson and they will fix it for me, they sent me the shipping tags ,it was free too..

Good deal, congrats. Could you give us some details on your problems? I have one too and it also jams, (approximately one round per mag). I was wondering if this was normal for this weapon, or if I should follow suit to what you did. Have you had a chance to shoot it since it came back to see if the problem is fixed?

You should identify what it is. There are some here that won't know what it is even with the mag followers clearly visible.

Everyone here is not following your personal adventures. ;)

Okay sorry i was not very detail on what was happening, I was having some FTE's and FTF before maybe 3 to 5 per mags and then i read in one of the forums that if i call S&W they will take care of it(which they did) so if anybody else is having some Failure to fire or Failure to extract call S&W and they will take care of it, it only took a week from the day they received mine for my rifle to comeback so pretty good turn around...And ofcourse i tried it today probably 350 rounds and DID NOT have anymore FTF's or FTE's!! here is my target after i sighted it in at 25yds, i was just using bulk federal from wally world and my range bag as my rest..
