Can you load 90-105 grn boattails in these cartridges for use in an AR?

Will depend on your twist rate in your barrel. If too slow it may not stabilize the bullet enough for it to be accurate...

i know the 6.8mm SPC cannot utilize the 130grn boattails due to over all length. I was afraid the 6x45mm might suffer from this as well.

Look for data on the 6mm TCU cartridge. That will give you an idea on COL on the 6x45 cartridge. I built a similar rifle on a 6x47 (.222 Rem Mag) bolt action platform but used a 1:12 twist barrel so it will be tough to stabalize anything probably over 80 grains.

yes you can you just have to seat the bullet deap so the mag will work
