Simple question actually, I was out gun shopping today and I saw a Ruger mini-14 at dick's for $699 I was just wondering if They are out there for cheaper or if this is a low enough price.

Like the 16" barrel on that model. Should be good for the accuracy, preventing the barrel-whip of the mini's thin barrel.
