HK USP 45c trigger reset questions.

Recently picked up another 45c. Very nice gun, great condition. My question is about the trigger reset. It's a V1, and the trigger reset is long. Really long. And if you try to milk the trigger it sometimes does not reset
at all. Also the reset seems gritty.

I have another 45c, and this one exhibits none of the above problems. Reset is good, not as good as say a 1911 or P99, but adequate for ccw needs.

45c owners. What are your experiences?

My HK .45 V1 Compact's trigger works just fine. Assuming your 'new' pistol is used have you considered getting an HK armorer to go through and do a detailed clean and inspect?
