Newbie here. Have a Remington 700 tactical 20" barrel. I am putting a leupold MK 4 3.5-10 on it using warne tactical 1 piece 20 moa base and Leupold prw rings. My question is what height ring should I use, Low or Medium. I was thinking medium but with the 20 moa base I am wondering if I need them or should just go low. Thanks.

Go medium, the slight theoretical gain of being closer to the bore axis with the low rings isn't worth the hassle of a potentially too tight fit.

I have a Rem 700 PPS with a Super Sniper 10x mounted on it. I had to go with Badger Ordinance Medium-High rings because the bolt handle/know would not clear the scope with the Medium height rings.
I can take some pics if would like to see the clearance.

Sail- Thanks for the reply. Are you using a standard mount? I am thinking the 20moa mount should give me a little more clearance with the medium rings. I would love to see pictures. Thanks.

I went with a Badger 20 MOA rail and med/high rings for a Rem 700P in an AICS stock and Horus Vision Falcon scope....seems to work well.

Depends on how long your neck is, how thick your cheek is, length of pull, etc and whether you prefer a solid cheek weld or a more straight up shooting position...size of the scope tube (25 or 30 mm), objective lens of the scope (40, 42, 44, 50, 56, 80mm) and of course calibre also plays a crucial part...
