Hi gang. Looking for some magazines for the CZ 40B that equal or exceed 10 rounds. Any help please?

The below item numbers are from MidwayUSA (http://www.midwayusa.com) and are 10-rounders.

Mecgar makes both 12 and 14 round mags that fit both the .40 cz75 AND the 40b. Here is a link to them at copes http://www.copesdistributing.net/product_info.php?cPath=44_62&products_id=1453

The only difference between standard CZ .40 mags and the 40B mag is the plastic base plate -- which, on the 40B is thicker at the front. You can use the standard CZ mags. Shop around for them.

Might as well go straight to the source, Mec-Gar. I don't mind paying the extra for a quality product.
