Newbie with 22lr Query

I have been researching rifles online and have narrowed the search to either a Mossberg 702, or a Beretta 10/22. I would like views on these two guns. I am also wanting some reliable, high capacity (20+ rounds) mags for my little plinking riffle. Can anyone tell me what is available and where to find these mags?

Don't know about the Mossberg.
I have a 25rd Butler Creek mag for my Ruger 10/22 that seems to work just fine. Make sure the feed lips are sturdy (preferably steel).

Many of the online firearms places will have a decent selection. Some sporting goods stores will have mags for .22 rifles (although most will not).

dont get the mossberg. Have one and maybe about 500-700 rounds threw it and the thing double fires, Its the sear and I need to get it fixed. get the 10/22 better stock/ more accesories. Mossberg in my opinion is all about shotguns not a big fan of their rifles
