Anyone have any positive (or negative) experiences with this gun? I'm looking at getting another rifle and a long-range .308 or .300WSM interests me. In a bolt gun, I love the 60 degree bolt lift of the A-Bolts. I'm not wild about many others for this fact alone. Any ideas?

I've owned various A-Bolts over the years, They've all been pretty good shooters. However, I'm interested in how the Target (or Target Stainless) model compares with other competition-type rifles in it's class.

Would it be worth the extra $ to buy the Browning, or would a Savage be a better value? (My bias against Savage and for Browning aside of course....) Keep in mind that this won't be a hunting gun, mostly just something to plink with at extended ranges. Possible informal matches one day, but that's off in the future somewhere.
