Best deal on HD gun

I'm looking for info on a good HD semi auto that is resonably priced (<$500). I would like something in 9mm, .40, or .45 with a sa/da trigger. Any suggestions?

The S&W Sigma is a great gun, New ones are about $320. Available in 9mm and .40 cal. Some Glock owners bash them. But I love mine.
