P12-45 Prices

I have seen asking prices on Gunbroker.com from $600-$650.

Is that a reasonable price range for a P12-45 in excellent condition with one 12 rd mag?

I have an opportunity to buy one ftf locally.

First owner advises that he bought it new in 1995, seldom used it and kept it stored till 2 months ago. Traded to second owner who has used it a couple of times and is now broke and needs money.

I've inspected it and confirmed condition. Compared the condition to my P14-45 which has a similar history. I bought it in 1994 when it was a year old and only have a couple 100 rds through it.

I'd appreciate some thoughts on pricing from anybody who has bought or sold one within the past year or so.
