Has anyone had experience with mec-gar mags for the Bobcat?

I've heard that Beretta has discontinued the bobcat 21a, does anyone know anything about this?

I have an older 21, and recently bought 2 mec-gar mags from CDNN. You have to look very hard to see any difference from the factory mag. and they function just as well. Last time I checked, they also had factory mags if you just have to have them.
