I was thinking of buying a Colt 1911 CO2 but I hesitate as it is only 400 fps or 425 (depending on the gun seller) and my experience with CO2s. I have 6 such airguns but only 1 has lasted, a Crosman 357-8, but it had to be repaired 2 or 3 times and is not working again, and I recently purchased 3 that didn't work from the start and were supposedly repaired but don't work properly as they have too low a power. A 4th recently bought now doesn't work at all. Even my pneumatic has sometimes too low a power.
What would be a good CO2 semi-auto airgun including having reasonable power, at least 460 fps but not more than 500, and preferably a .22.

Merry Christmas.

Thanks. I looked into it and there might be some good ones but they don't give all the specs even in their catalog so it's not very efficient and they don't mail to Canada but I might be able to find some of them in Canada or have them specially ordered.

Thanks, darkgael. I found at your link, too, some possible quality C02 semiautos.

The Drulov DU-10 is the only true CO2 semi that's adjustable for FPS in that range that I'm aware of. But this is a 0.177 caliber. I don't know of any .22 semis.

Do you mean muzzle velocity can be increased to 500?

Check this link for Drulov info. Hard to find the gun as they have been discontinued.

Not inexpensive, but very highly regarded. Tim is a great guy and a third generation air gunsmith.

Tx. I had heard of the Drulov from another forum or another thread in this forum and I had found it on the Pyramid Air site. It looks like a high quality gun and not bad looking either, but it is a 440 or 450 and from the descsirption in Center the Group the velocity can't be adjusted but even at 500 I would hesitate because of the price, $525. But I will contact the Tim 1 of you mentions.
