Info on this Yugoslavian 7.62x39 Spam Can ammo?

Not garbage, all Yugo is corrosive as far as I have heard. The cases not reloadable so no big advantage to the brass. Supposedly good shooting but you got the extra cost and extra cleanup to remove the corrosive priming residue or you can rust your gun just like a used Yugo SKS with a rotten bore.

Good quality ammo. I always just clean AKs as if the ammo is corrosive since so much of it is, and I'm not sure on some of the stuff that claims to be non-corrosive.

Any military ammo that is packed in a steel can/case most likely corrosive.
Just clean your gun after using it.

I wouldn't be too concerned about corrosive ammo, especially if you clean your weapon well.

if you clean the gun right after shooting i wouldnt worry about corrosive ammo.
in an AK brass cases dont matter
in my AR i only use brass cases

some ranges dont let you use steel cased ammo

Doesn't seem like a bargain over Wolf or Bear. I've shot a bunch of that stuff and it's OK, although age and mixed batches keep it from being as consistent as current Privi or Igman ammo.

It's definitely corrosive. I let my rifle go 12 hrs before cleaning after shooting that stuff and it looked like hell. Make sure you clean in a timely manner.
