Looking to pic up another ak before the ban and found a guy that has an unfired vector for a great price....I am unfamiliar with them...are they a good ak...fit and finish seems to be great.

What say you?

I dont have one, nore have I even seen one in person. But when I was researching AK's, everyone said the Vectors were great! I wanted to buy one, but I got my 2 Yugo AK's instead. I'm happy I got them, they are great, and each one was about $100 cheaper than the Vector. But the Vector looks great, and should work just as well... I'd get it if it's a great price, especially being unfired

Vector's are among the best made.

I once had to choose between a Lancaster and a Vecter and I went with the Lancaster. This is because parts of the Vecter AK's are all from different countries while the Lancaster's are military grade Romanian.

Good luck,

Vector is no longer in business.

So much for the lifetime warranty.

Other than that, they are great guns.
