Anyone know where I can get a SAR-1 AK?

You've missed the boat on the Sar-1.

They stopped importing them several years ago.

If you find one NIB, you'll be lucky (and it'll have been sitting in someones warehouse or closet for over 5 years).


There are several used Sar-1s for sale at this time on the various AK-centric boards.

I know of a decent SAR-1 locally but it's a pump gun, not a semi. WHy do you want a SAR? What about the gun is so appealing?

K-minus, check out Henderson Defense Industries out of Nevada.

They offer WASRS that they've inspected for all the 'bad WASR warts' and have excellent customer service.

Their prices are the same as you'll pay elsewhere for a 'off the top of the stack' WASR.
