I've seen the book New Position Rifle Shooting by Bill Pullum and Frank Hanenkrat being highly recommended. I searched around, and all I could find were used copies for $175+ on amazon.com and a few other book sites! Apparently, it is out of print? Well, I stumbled across this, and ordered a copy:
