Alexander Arms built these a while back for use with 5.45x39 ammo on an AR.

I am getting a 5.45x39 upper built. I bought a spare .221 Genghis stripped bolt for it. I wanted to make sure that I can use .223 bolt parts to complete the bolt:

ejector
ejector spring(safety selector spring)
ejector pin
extractor
extractor spring(insert maybe necessary)
extractor pin
gas rings x3

For anyone out there "in the know", is the .221 Genghis bolt simply a modified .223 bolt that uses all the regular .223 bolt parts to make it complete?
